Dr. Eka spoke at a mental health seminar for the Indonesian community in Nagoya!
On July 26, 2026, Dr. Eka delivered a three-hour mental health seminar and workshop for nearly 100 Indonesians living in Nagoya, organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Japan.
Many Indonesians living in Japan work across a wide range of professions, including manufacturing, engineering, construction, nursing, elderly care, research, and education. Alongside these roles, many navigate the challenges of adapting to a new culture and life away from home. The seminar focused on increasing awareness of mental health, particularly in recognizing stress, burnout, anxiety, and depression, while encouraging participants to seek support when needed.
