Thank you so much. 〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜 I’ve always struggled with speaking in front of people, so I made an appointment because I wanted to overcome this and understand why I find it so difficult. During the counseling session, I was surprised to learn that a minor incident from my childhood had lingered as a trauma well into my middle age. I feel refreshed, and I have a good feeling that things will go well from now on. It feels like I’ve finally taken that first step I couldn’t take on my own before. I hadn’t clicked with a counselor I’d seen previously and was on the verge of giving up, but I’m so glad I didn’t give up and kept searching until I met Nawa-sensei. 〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜 〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜 Warm words like these are our greatest encouragement and a major source of motivation. 代表の杉本が、昨年度に引き続き「令和8年度第1回新潟県児童養護施設協議会職員研修会」の講師を務めさせていただきます！今回は専門的な講義に加え、事例検討やグループワークも実施いたします。杉本による実践的なスーパーバイズを交え、現場のリアルな課題に深く寄り添う内容です。 日時：令和8年7月24日（金）10:00～16:00 場所：カリタス会見附地域支援センター テーマ：『こどものトラウマとトラウマインフォームドケア（初任者向け）』 ⚠️本講義の対象は県養協加入施設の職員様（希望者）のみとなります。一般の方の聴講はできませんのでご了承ください。 児童養護に携わる皆様の実践に役立つ場となるよう、全力で努めます。 当オフィスでは、今後もこうした教育機関への貢献や地域社会への情報発信に努めてまいります。貴重な機会をいただきました関係者の皆様に、深く感謝申し上げます。

Representative Sugimoto, will give a presentation at the Niigata Prefecture Association of Children’s Homes’ first staff training session for Reiwa 8!
Following last year, our representative, Sugimoto, will once again serve as a lecturer for the “Reiwa 8, 1st Niigata Prefecture Children’s Welfare Facilities Association Staff Training Session”! In addition to specialized lectures, this session will include case studies and group work. Incorporating practical supervision by Mr. Sugimoto, the program is designed to deeply address the real-world challenges faced on the front lines. Date and Time: Friday, July 24, Reiwa 8, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Location: Caritas Kaizumi Regional Support Center Theme: “Child Trauma and Trauma-Informed Care (For New Staff)” ⚠️ Please note that this lecture is limited to staff members (who wish to attend) from facilities affiliated with the Prefectural Association of Children’s Homes. The general public is not permitted to attend. We will do our utmost to ensure this event serves as a valuable resource for those working in child welfare. Our office will continue to strive to contribute to educational institutions and disseminate information to the local community.
