Dr.Ekaが名古屋在住インドネシア人コミュニティのためのメンタルヘルスセミナーでお話ししました！
2026年7月26日、在日インドネシア共和国大使館主催のもと、Dr.Ekaが名古屋在住のインドネシア人コミュニティ約100名の 皆様に向けて、【メンタルヘルスセミナー＆ワークショップ】でお話させていただきました。 日本で暮らすインドネシアの方々は、製造業やエンジニアリング、建設、看護・介護、研究、教育など、さまざまな分野で 活躍されています。 その一方で、文化の違いや環境の変化、家族と離れて暮らすことによるストレスなど、見えにくい負担を抱えることも 少なくありません。 今回のセミナーでは、 ストレスやバーンアウト、不安やうつへの理解について深めながら、こころのケアの大切さや、 必要なときに支援を求めることについてお話ししました。 3時間にわたり、対話やワークを通して、とてもあたたかく深い時間となりました。 このような貴重な機会をいただいた在日インドネシア共和国大使館および関係者の皆さまに、心より感謝申し上げます。 カウンセリングオフィスVISIONは、これからも多様な背景を持つ方々のこころのサポートに取り組んでまいります。

Dr. Eka spoke at a mental health seminar for the Indonesian community in Nagoya!
On July 26, 2026, Dr. Eka delivered a three-hour mental health seminar and workshop for nearly 100 Indonesians living in Nagoya, organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Japan. Many Indonesians living in Japan work across a wide range of professions, including manufacturing, engineering, construction, nursing, elderly care, research, and education. Alongside these roles, many navigate the challenges of adapting to a new culture and life away from home. The seminar focused on increasing awareness of mental health, particularly in recognizing stress, burnout, anxiety, and depression, while encouraging participants to seek support when needed. VISION Counseling Office sincerely thanks the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Japan and all partnering organizations for making this meaningful event possible.

カウンセリングオフィスVISION ご利用規約 【カウンセリングにつきまして 】 ・当オフィスにおけるカウンセリング・トラウマ治療は心理学の理論と方法に基づくものであり、医療行為ではありません。 ・ご利用料金は、医療保険ならびに医療費控除の対象とはなりません。 ・カウンセリング・トラウマ治療として、科学的な研究成果として効果が認められている方法や効果が見込める方法を用いますが、効果の現れ方には個人差があり、効果を保障するものではありません。 ・クライアント様の状態に応じて、カウンセラーの知識と経験から提供可能な最善のカウンセリング・トラウマ治療を提供しますが、効果の現れ方には個人差があり、効果を保障するものではありません。 ・カウンセリング・トラウマ治療はクライアント様とカウンセラーの協働によって成立します。特にいくつかの治療法においてはクライアント様の主体的な意欲や努力を必要とします。 ・担当カウンセラーが初回面接をした時に、2回目以降の面接をそのクライアント様のニーズに適した別のカウンセラーが担当するようお願いする場合があります。 ・担当カウンセラーの変更をご希望の場合、クライアント様と現担当が相談・確認をしてから、現担当から次の担当へ引き継ぎます。 【守秘義務につきまして】 ・カウンセリングオフィスはデリケートな個人情報を扱うため、守秘義務を負います。たとえご家族様であっても、クライアント様の許可なく個人情報をお教えすることはできません。 ・ただし、自傷他害の恐れや生命に危険が生じる可能性のある状況等においては、守秘義務を超えてご家族様や関係機関と連携をとる場合があります。 ・当オフィスではすべてのクライアント様について、どのようにカウンセリング・トラウマ治療を提供するのがよいか、複数のカウンセラーで検討します。 ・外部との事例検討、学会発表、論文発表等を行うことがあります。その場合、事前にクライアント様の同意を頂きます。同意を頂かない間に外部との事例検討、学会発表、論文発表等を行うことはありません。 ・虐待が疑われると判断した場合、関係機関に通告します。法律上、通告義務が守秘義務よりも優先されます。 ・法による定めがある場合、関係機関に通報します。違法・触法行為及び条例に関わる事案と考えられる場合、通報義務が守秘義務よりも優先されます。 ・裁判に関する状況の場合、関係機関と情報共有します。クライエント様とのトラブルについて、弁護士や警察等に相談する場合も含みます。 【医療連携につきまして】 ・安全にカウンセリング・トラウマ治療を提供するため、クライアント様が精神科・心療内科等の医療機関に通院中の場合、その医療機関と連携を取りながら対応させて頂きます。 ・原則として、カウンセリング・トラウマ治療の開始後に、担当カウンセラーから主治医にカウンセリングの通知文を郵送いたします。 ・通知文については文書発行手数料は頂きません。クライアント様の状態によっては、医療機関の受診をお勧めする場合があります。 ・適切な医療機関の受診ができず安全に治療が提供できないと判断される場合、当カウンセリングオフィスをご利用頂けません。 【ご予約につきまして】 ・カウンセリングは完全予約制となっております。当日のカウンセリング時間の延長、変更できません。 ・予約決済システム”Square”からご自身でご予約頂けます。受付、電話でのご予約も承ります。 ・未払いがある場合、カウンセリングの予約をとることはできません。 ・当日キャンセルもしくは無連絡キャンセルの場合は100%を、前日キャンセルの場合は50%を、それぞれキャンセル料として申し受けます。 ・オンラインカウンセリングをご希望の場合、ご予約時にカウンセリング費用を申し受けます（メール請求・カード支払い）。メール請求の翌日になってもお支払いがない場合、ご予約をキャンセルさせて頂きます。 ・カウンセリング・トラウマ治療の継続はクライアント様の意向に基づくものであり、カウンセラーによって強制されるものではありません。 ・クライアント様に規約違反がある場合や、カウンセリング・トラウマ治療の継続が適切でない事態が生じた場合、以後のご利用をオフィスからお断りします。 【ご利用料金につきまして】 ・一般のカウンセリング・トラウマ治療は50分12,000円です。 (代表による一般のカウンセリング・トラウマ治療のみ15,000円です) ・未成年(18歳未満)のカウンセリング・トラウマ治療は50分12,000円です。 (代表による未成年のカウンセリング・トラウマ治療のみ15,000円です) ・アスリート・アーティスト向けのカウンセリング・トラウマ治療は50分30,000円です。 ・経営者向けのカウンセリング・トラウマ治療は50分45,000円です。 ・当日キャンセルもしくは無連絡キャンセルの場合は100%を、前日キャンセルの場合は50%を、それぞれキャンセル料として申し受けます。 ・お支払いは予約決済システム”Square”でご利用頂けるすべての決済方法(現金、クレジットカード、電子マネー、QRコード決済など。詳細はSquareのホームページでご確認ください)でお支払い頂けます。 【その他、安全面など】 ・カウンセリング・トラウマ治療以外の目的で当オフィスをご利用頂くことはできません。 ・カウンセリングにおいて物品等の受け渡しはできません。 ・カウンセリングで得られた情報の記録は、原則5年間保管されます。 ・クライアント様が未成年(18歳未満)の場合、原則、保護者様の同意が必要となります。当日クライアント様とご一緒に来て頂くか、お電話で同意を確認させて頂きます。 ・ただし、保護者様がトラウマに関係している等、やむを得ないと判断される場合は同意を得ずにカウンセリング・トラウマ治療を行う場合があります。 ・クライアント様が男性でカウンセラーが女性の場合、初回はオンラインでカウンセリング・トラウマ治療を受けて頂きます。 ・オフィスの判断により、2回目以降もオンラインでのカウンセリング・トラウマ治療をお願いする場合があります。 ・カウンセリングにおいて許可なく録音、録画、撮影等をすること、合意の得られた正当な理由以外の目的で録音、録画、撮影したデータを外部に公表することを禁じます。 ・クライアント様からスタッフもしくは他のクライアント様に対し、暴言、暴力、大声、脅し、威圧的な態度、器物破損、その他粗暴あるいは迷惑な行為があった場合、ご利用をお断りします。 ・メールや電話でのカウンセリング・ご相談は原則受け付けておりません。対面もしくはオンラインのカウンセリングをご予約頂き、セッションの中でご相談ください。予約や支払いに関する事務的な内容のみ、事務担当者がメールや電話でお答えいたします。 ・当オフィスは医療機関ではありませんので、緊急の対応はできません。緊急の対応はかかりつけの医療機関や、警察等にお願いします。かかりつけの医療機関や警察等に連絡する必要があると判断した場合には、当オフィスから連絡することがあります。 ・当オフィスは日本の新潟県新潟市に位置しており、海外のクライアントへのカウンセリングやオンラインでのカウンセリングを含め、利用に関して生じる一切の事項は、日本法に準拠するものとします。当オフィス所在地を管轄する日本の裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Counseling Office VISION Terms of Service 【About our counseling and trauma therapy】 ・Counseling and trauma therapy in our office is based on psychological theories and methods and is not a medical procedure. ・Fees are not covered by medical insurance or medical expense deductibles. ・As counseling and trauma therapy, we use methods that have been proven effective as a result of scientific research and studies. However, the manifestation of effectiveness varies from person to person, and we do not guarantee the effectiveness. ・Depending on the client's condition, we will provide the best counseling and trauma therapy available based on our knowledge and experience. However, the manifestation of effects may vary from person to person, and we cannot guarantee the effectiveness of the therapy. ・Counseling and trauma therapy is a collaborative process between client and counselor/therapist. In some therapies, the client's willingness and effort is particularly required. ・When clients are interviewed by our initial counselor/therapist, a second and subsequent interview may be assigned to a different counselor/therapist better suited to the client's needs. ・If you wish to change your assigned counselor/therapist, the current counselor/therapist will consult and confirm with you before handing over the case to the next counselor/therapist. 【Confidentiality policy】 ・The Counseling Office is bound by confidentiality agreements because of the sensitive nature of personal information. We cannot give out personal information without the client's permission, even to family members. ・However, in situations where there is a risk of inflicted injury or other harm, or where there is a possibility of life-threatening situations, we may exceed our confidentiality obligations and collaborate with family members and related agencies. ・Our counselors/therapists will discuss to determine how best to provide counseling/trauma therapy for each client. ・We may conduct case studies, conference presentations and publications with external parties. In such cases, we will obtain the client's prior consent. We will not conduct any of the activities above without the client's consent. ・If abuse is suspected, we will notify the relevant authorities. Under the law, the obligation to notify takes precedence over the obligation to maintain confidentiality. ・If required by law, we will notify the relevant authorities. If the case is considered to be related to illegal or offensive activities or ordinances, the obligation to report the case takes precedence over the obligation to maintain confidentiality. ・If the situations related to a court case, information will be shared with the relevant authorities. This includes cases in which we consult with attorneys and/or police, regarding problems with clients. 【About medical collaboration】 ・In order to safely provide counseling and trauma therapy, if the client is attending a medical institution such as a psychiatrist or psychosomatic medicine, we will work in collaboration with that institution. ・As a general rule, the counselor will mail a counseling notification letter to the client's doctor after the counseling/trauma therapy begins. ・No document issuance fee will be charged for notification letters. Depending on the client's condition, we may recommend seeking medical treatment. ・Our services cannot be used when it is determined that therapy cannot be provided safely without access to appropriate medical care. 【Reservation Policy】 ・Counseling sessions are by appointment only. Counseling time cannot be extended or changed on the same day. ・Reservations can be made in person using the "Square" reservation and payment system. Reservations can also be made at the reception desk or by phone. ・No counseling appointments can be scheduled if there are unpaid debts. ・100% of the fee will be charged for same-day cancellations or no-show cancellations, and 50% of the fee will be charged for cancellations made the day before. ・If you wish to have online counseling, we will charge you the counseling fee at the time of booking (email invoice, credit card payment). If payment is not received by the day after the email invoice, your reservation will be cancelled. ・Continuation of counseling/trauma therapy is based on the client's wishes and is not mandated by the counselor. ・If a client violates the terms of the agreement, or if a situation arises that makes it inappropriate to continue counseling/trauma therapy, no further use will be permitted. 【About usage fees】 ・General counseling and trauma therapy is 12,000 yen for 50 minutes. (Only general counseling and trauma therapy provided by the representative cost 15,000 yen.) ・Counseling and trauma therapy for minors (under 18 years old) is 12,000 yen for 50 minutes. (Only counseling and trauma therapy for minors provided by the representative cost 15,000 yen.) ・Counseling and trauma therapy for athletes and artists is 30,000 yen for 50 minutes. ・Counseling and trauma therapy for Management is 45,000 yen for 50 minutes. ・100% of the fee will be charged for same-day cancellations or no-show cancellations, and 50% of the fee will be charged for cancellations made the day before. ・Payment can be made by any of the payment methods available on the Square reservation and payment system including cash, credit card, e-money, QR code payment. Please refer to the Square website for details. *Please note that payment by cash is only accepted for in-person counseling and trauma therapy. For online counseling and trauma therapy, payments can be made only via credit card, e-money, or QR code. 【Other safety considerations】 ・You cannot use our office for any purpose other than counseling and trauma therapy. ・No goods or other items may be handed over during counseling. ・As a rule, clients' records of information obtained during counseling are kept for five years. ・If the client is a minor (under 18 years old), a guardian's consent is required in principle. Please come with the client on the day of the session or call us to confirm consent. ・Counseling/trauma therapy may be provided without consent if it is deemed unavoidable, such as when a parent or guardian is involved in a trauma-related situation. ・If the client is male and the counselor is female, the first session of counseling and trauma therapy will be online. ・At the discretion of the office, the client may be asked to continue online counseling/trauma therapy after the second session. ・Unauthorized recording, videotaping, or filming of counseling sessions as well as the release of recorded, videotaped, or filmed data to outside parties for any purpose other than for agreed-upon legitimate is prohibited. ・We will decline request of our services if a client engages in abusive language, violence, shouting, threats, intimidating behavior, damage to property, or any other violent or disruptive behavior toward our staff or other clients. ・As a general rule, we do not provide counseling or consultations via email or telephone. Please book an in-person or online counseling session to discuss your concerns. Administrative staff will respond via email or telephone only regarding matters such as scheduling and payment. ・This office is not a medical institution and cannot provide emergency services. Please contact your regular medical provider or the police in the event of an emergency. We may contact your medical provider or the police if we determine it is necessary to do so. ・This office is located in Niigata City, Niigata Prefecture, Japan. All matters arising from the use of our services—including counseling for overseas clients and online counseling—shall be governed by Japanese law. The Japanese court with jurisdiction over the location of this office shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

Persyaratan Layanan Kantor Konseling VISION 【Tentang konseling dan terapi trauma kami】 ・Konseling adalah terapi yang menggunakan berbagai teknik psikoterapi untuk membicarakan berbagai isu dan masalah yang sedang dihadapi dalam hidup (masalah sosial, hubungan, kesehatan jiwa, dsb.) untuk mempertimbangkan atau memutuskan langkah-langkah solutif untuk masalah tersebut; serta secara bertahap membantu klien mengidentifikasi dan mengubah emosi, pikiran, dan perilaku yang mengganggu. ・Terapi trauma adalah suatu bentuk terapi yang secara khusus difokuskan untuk membantu klien mengatasi respons emosional atau memori negatif yang disebabkan oleh suatu peristiwa traumatis di masa lalu secara bertahap. ・Konseling dan terapi trauma di kantor kami didasarkan pada teori dan metode psikoloterapi dan bukan merupakan prosedur medis (tanpa peresepan obat-obatan). ・Biaya tidak ditanggung oleh asuransi kesehatan atau pengurangan biaya pengobatan. ・Untuk konseling dan terapi trauma, kami menggunakan metode yang telah terbukti efektif berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan studi ilmiah. Namun, hasilnya mungkin akan berbeda-beda pada setiap orang tergantung berbagai faktor, dan kami tidak menggaransi 100% efektivitasnya. ・Bergantung pada kondisi klien, kami akan memberikan konseling atau terapi trauma terbaik berdasarkan pengetahuan dan pengalaman kami. Kami tidak dapat memberikan informasi pribadi tanpa izin klien, bahkan kepada anggota keluarga. ・Namun, dalam situasi di mana ada risiko cedera atau bahaya lainnya, atau di mana ada kemungkinan situasi yang mengancam jiwa klien, kami dapat melampaui kewajiban kerahasiaan kami dan bekerja sama dengan anggota keluarga dan lembaga terkait jika diperlukan untuk keselamatan klien. ・Konselor/terapis kami akan berdiskusi untuk menentukan cara terbaik memberikan konseling/terapi trauma untuk setiap klien. ・Kami dapat melakukan studi kasus, presentasi konferensi, dan publikasi dengan pihak eksternal. Jika kasus tersebut dianggap terkait dengan kegiatan atau tata cara yang bersinggungan dengan hukum atau melanggar hukum, maka kewajiban melaporkan kasus tersebut lebih diutamakan daripada kewajiban menjaga kerahasiaan. ・Jika situasinya berkaitan dengan kasus pengadilan, informasi akan dibagikan kepada otoritas terkait berdasarkan hukum yang berlaku. Hal ini mencakup kasus-kasus di mana kami berkonsultasi dengan pengacara dan/atau polisi, mengenai masalah yang dialami klien. 【Tentang kolaborasi medis】 ・Untuk memberikan konseling dan terapi trauma dengan aman, jika klien mengunjungi institusi medis seperti psikiater atau kedokteran psikosomatik, kami akan bekerja sama dengan institusi tersebut. ・Secara umum, konselor akan mengirimkan surat pemberitahuan konseling kepada dokter klien setelah konseling atau terapi trauma dimulai. ・Tidak ada biaya penerbitan dokumen yang dikenakan untuk surat pemberitahuan. Tergantung pada kondisi klien, kami mungkin menyarankan untuk mencari perawatan medis lebih lanjut. ・Layanan kami tidak dapat digunakan jika ditentukan bahwa terapi tidak dapat diberikan dengan aman tanpa akses terhadap perawatan medis yang memadai terlebih dahulu. 【Kebijakan Reservasi】 ・Sesi konseling hanya dapat dilakukan berdasarkan perjanjian. Jika pembayaran tidak diterima sehari setelah permintaan email, kami akan membatalkan reservasi Anda. ・Kelanjutan konseling/pengobatan trauma didasarkan pada keinginan klien dan tidak diamanatkan oleh konselor. ・Jika klien melanggar ketentuan perjanjian, atau jika timbul situasi yang membuat konseling/perawatan trauma tidak dapat dilanjutkan, penggunaan lebih lanjut tidak diizinkan. 【Tentang biaya penggunaan】 ・Konseling umum dan perawatan trauma adalah 12.000 yen selama 50 menit. (Konseling umum dan pengobatan trauma oleh perwakilan saja: 15.000 yen) ・Konseling dan perawatan trauma untuk anak di bawah umur (di bawah 18 tahun) dikenakan biaya 12.000 yen selama 50 menit.
