Representative Sugimoto gave a mini-lecture at the “Children’s Mental Care Case Study Group” on Thursday, August 8.
On August 8 (Thu), Representative Sugimoto gave a mini-lecture on “Children’s Trauma” at the “Children’s Mental Care Case Study Session” of the Niigata Children’s Mental Care Network Project hosted by Niigata Prefecture and co-sponsored by Niigata University School of Medicine.
This project aims to improve the ability of all medical, welfare, and educational professionals in Niigata Prefecture to deal with children’s mental health issues and to strengthen cooperation among them, and has been held three to four times a year since 2022. 132 people participated in the 8th meeting and learned about understanding and dealing with “child trauma.
