IFS Group Therapy in English will begin!
Starting Thursday, September 18th, Dr. Ekachaeryanti Zain will be offering IFS group therapy in English! If you're interested, please make a reservation here! 【IFS Group Therapy (English)】 Topic: Reparenting Your Inner Child with Internal Family Systems (IFS) Language: English Facilitator: Ekachaeryanti Zain (Completed IFS L1 training) Capacity: 2–6 participants Duration: 1 hour 50 mins (with a 10 minutes break) Format: Online via ZOOM Price: JPY 12,000 🎯 Who Is This For? This session is designed for adults, especially those who: - Grew up with emotional neglect or high expectations - Took on adult responsibilities too early - Often feel emotionally stuck, disconnected, or "not good enough" - Are curious about inner child healing and the Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach - Long for a safe and supportive space to slow down and reconnect with themselves No prior experience with IFS is required. ✍️ Flow of the Session Opening & Grounding (0:00–0:15) Light check-in, creating emotional safety, and intro to the IFS model. Psychoeducation & Reflection (0:15–0:40) Explore the role of inner child and protector parts. Guided Visualization (0:40–1:05) A gentle journey to meet and comfort your inner child with Self-energy. Group Sharing & Witnessing (1:10–1:40) Compassionate space to express what emerged during the journey. Integration & Ritual (1:40–2:00) Writing a message to your inner child, group affirmation, and closing. 🤍 What Makes This Space Safe - What is shared in the group stays in the group. - We listen with compassion and do not offer advice or fix others. - No contact exchange or meetings outside the group. - We use "I" words to speak from only our own experience. 🧘♀️ What You’ll Receive - A digital reflection worksheet - Optional audio meditation link for aftercare Unlike most support groups that focus only on sharing stories, this session offers a guided inner experience using the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. It’s not just support, it’s a safe space for deep emotional healing and insight.

On Friday, October 24 and Friday, February 20, Representative Sugimoto will give a lecture and supervise a case study meeting at the Niigata Prefecture Child Welfare Facility Research Council.
Since children in child welfare facilities often suffer from trauma, we were asked to provide training on how to understand the characteristics and behaviors of children from the perspective of trauma.
