新しいグループセラピー『フラワー』と『リーフ』が始まります（『フラワー』のご案内）
アダルトチルドレンのグループ『フラワー』 対象：自分がアダルトチルドレンだと思う30歳以上の女性を対象としたグループ 機能不全家族で育ち、大人の事情が優先され、子ども時代に子どもとして十分にいられなかった方が大人になった状態をアダルトチルドレン（AC）と言います。 子ども時代に虐待的な環境にいた、親兄弟の事情が優先され世話をする立場だった、親の意向に合わせざるを得なかった、などさまざまな事情で子ども時代に子どもらしく、意思や感情を感じたり表現できなかった方が対象です。 定員５名（最小催行人数２名） 第４ or 第５火曜日 15:00 ～ 16:00 グループセラピー『フラワー』は５回を１クールとし、１回の参加費は6,000円です。 開催予定日（１クール）：６月24日（火）、7月29日（火）、8月26日（火）、9月30日（火）、10月28日（火） ご予約はこちらからどうぞ。 ☆ グループセラピーでのお約束 ・ グループ内で話されたことはグループ内に留めましょう ・ 言いっぱなし聞きっぱなしで、メンバーへの批判はしないようにしましょう ・ 連絡先の交換はしませんし、グループの外ではメンバー同士で会いません ・ Iメッセージで話しましょう ※ グループセラピー『リーフ』は別にお知らせします

New group therapy sessions “Flower” and “Leaf” will begin (Information on “Flower”)
Flower,” a group for adult children Target: Group for women over 30 who consider themselves to be adult children.(This is a group therapy in Japanese only.) Adult children (AC) are those who grew up in dysfunctional families, whose adult circumstances took precedence over their own, and who were not fully able to be children in their childhood. The target group includes those who were in an abusive environment as children, were in a position to take care of their parents or siblings, or were forced to conform to their parents' wishes, and were unable to feel and express their will and emotions as children due to various reasons. Maximum of 5 people (minimum of 2 people) 4th or 5th Tuesday of the month from 15:00 to 16:00 Group Therapy “Flower” will be held in 5 sessions, and the fee is 6,000 yen per session. Scheduled dates (1 course): June 24 (Tuesday), July 29 (Tuesday), August 26 (Tuesday), September 30 (Tuesday), October 28 (Tuesday) Please make a reservation here. ☆ Group Therapy Promise Keep what is said in the group to the group. Do not criticize the group members for what they say or do. Do not exchange contact information and do not meet with other members outside of the group. カウンセリングオフィスVISIONでは、 2025年4月から2〜5名様でのグループセラピーを始めました。 トラウマケアってどんなことをするの？ 私のこのつらさはトラウマなの？ 私のつらさはトラウマケアのカウンセリングでよくなるの？ トラウマケアのカウンセリングに興味があるけどコスパが気になる… という方におすすめです。 おおむね月に1回行っており、次回は6/30(月) 15:00からです。 料金は50分で6000円になります。 お申込みはinfo@vision-fiw.comまで、お名前、お電話番号とともに、 「グループセラピー希望」とご記入の上メールください。 グループセラピーの性質上、以下の点にご注意ください。 ・本グループセラピーはトラウマケアのカウンセリングの導入にあたります。 ・トラウマとは？どんなトラウマケアがあるの？などについてお話します。 ・ご自身のつらさや相談内容がトラウマケアのカウンセリングの対象となるか などをお見立てします(他の参加者に知られて構わない範囲でお話しください)。 ・グループで知りえた情報(特に他の参加者の情報)は他所で話さない。 ・他の参加者に意見や反論をしない。 ・グループは日本語で行われます。 この機会にぜひVISIONをご利用ください！

Group therapy started in April 2025
Counseling Office VISION started group therapy for 2-5 people in April 2025. What does trauma care involve? Is my pain a trauma? Will trauma care counseling help me with my pain? I'm interested in trauma care counseling, but I'm worried about the cost-effectiveness... For those who have these thoughts, group therapy is recommended . It is held approximately once a month, and the next session will be held on June 30th (Mon) at 3:00 p.m. The fee is 6,000 yen for 50 minutes. To apply, please email info@vision-fiw.com with your name, phone number, and "I would like to attend group therapy." Due to the nature of group therapy, please note the following points. ・This group therapy is an introduction to trauma care counseling. ・We will talk about what trauma is and what kind of trauma care is available. ・We will assess whether your distress and the content of your consultation are suitable for trauma care counseling (please speak only as much as you don't mind other participants knowing). ・Do not discuss any information you learn in the group (especially information about other participants). ・Do not offer opinions or argue with other participants. ・Group therapy is conducted in Japanese.
